I was so surprised to read this quote in a NYT article about a recent study done by Harvard University that was done to test how people deal with stress and find out what the most common ways that people deal with stress are. I was like what the heck that for? I have learned that it is not a good thing to be completely in the moment or have no idea what to do next.
The main point of this study is that it is a study. I wasn’t surprised to read the article, but I’m not sure that I’ve read it before. So let’s go back to the beginning of our study and see what the main point was. This is a very personal and difficult study, but I would suggest it’s probably what you want to hear from someone with more experience.
Stress comes in many forms and in many ways. In this study, I learned that there are three types of stress: “High Stress”, “Low Stress”, and “Normal Stress”. High Stress is when you struggle with a task, where you get frustrated or worried, and you do not have adequate or adequate time to accomplish the task.
