As a lover of self-awareness, I have been pondering the idea of self-awareness as one of the three levels of consciousness. There are two ways to define the word, and we have seen both in our own lives. The first way is as an actual state of being at a certain moment, as in, “I have that thought.” In other words, self-awareness is not something that we have to think about.

The second definition I have found is as an absence of self-awareness. The idea is that we are aware of our own thoughts and feelings, but we do not have the awareness to consider whether they are true or not.

What we are referring to when we say self-awareness is a state of being. The idea of self-awareness is that you are aware of your thoughts and feelings. In the case of the three levels of consciousness, it is a state of being. In the case of awareness, it is not a state but rather a lack of it. So it is not a state to think about, but rather an absence of it to begin with.

Since we are aware of our thoughts and feelings, it makes sense that we also have a sense of self-awareness. We are aware of our thoughts and feelings, but we do not know if they are real or not. The problem is when you are on autopilot for so long that you forget you’re on autopilot, then you are unable to see the thoughts or feelings that are happening to you.

We are told to be aware of our thoughts, feelings, and reactions, but they can’t be seen because they are not being seen. So the reason why we use autopilot for so long is because we have no idea what is going on. We have no idea what we are seeing. We can no longer see the thoughts and feelings we are seeing.
