If someone has done something good for us, we give them a huge grin and say thank you. We should do this for everyone as often as possible – even if they don’t deserve it. People love seeing smiles where there used to be frowns so it’s worth an extra effort just to make someone else day better than before! One of my favorite quotes I’ve heard is “Smile and the whole world smiles with you”.

Habit two: speak your truth. It’s important to stand up for what you believe in, even if it creates conflict with others or feels uncomfortable at first. Everyone deserves a voice! If we disagree with someone else’s opinion but don’t say anything out of fear, that just shows how much power they have over us which isn’t right. We should never be scared to share our thoughts when something bothers us – doing so will help make sure things become better rather than worse a second time around! When we keep quiet about what really matters then bad things happen because no one tries to do anything about them anymore. This habit trains ourselves not only as individuals but as a society to stand up for what we believe in and be proud of our values

Habit three: play hard. You should always try to enjoy yourself when you have the time to do so! It’s important not to get caught up in things that might make us unhappy or stressed because then it becomes very difficult, if not impossible, to find joy anywhere else. If we’re only focused on the negative aspects of life instead of celebrating everything good that comes along with it then there really is no point at all to being alive. We need balance even though sometimes it feels like too much work – after all, nothing ever goes perfectly right away without any bumps in the road!
