The idea is often used for daily planning and scheduling, but it’s also a great tool for learning your inner schedule. I’ve included an excerpt from the Milan day chart below.
I think it’s very useful to use this tool to gauge a person’s inner schedule. You can do this by comparing the amount of time you spend on a certain task to the amount of time you’ve spent on it over the last week. For example, if you spend 30 minutes a day on brushing your teeth, then 30 minutes a day on brushing your teeth over the last week, you will find that your brushing schedule is broken.
There are a lot of different ways to use this tool, but the most useful are the following.
Start with a large number of tasks and see how regularly they come on a regular schedule.
This one is very simple. If you spend one hour a day on a task, then every other hour you spend on that task, you should find that you have wasted an hour. Next, see how much time you spend on a task every day. This one is a little trickier, because it’s based on our calendar calendar. We have a daily calendar which lists all the tasks that we’ve completed in the last seven days.
To find the exact number of hours you spent on a task in the last seven days, you can just subtract how many hours you spent on that task on the 7thday. And that’s it.
After you do this calculation you will find that you have spent an hour and a quarter of your day on a task, and that was the exact number of hours you worked that day. That means you have spent an hour and a quarter of every day on that task. This is a really good trick to take with you on your daily to-do list.
This technique is an important one for people who work in the IT industry. It’s important because it can really help you organize your work life. You can organize your time into chunks of hours, and if you can remember that, you’ll be able to keep track of every task you do, every day. So instead of thinking of work as getting up at 4am on the dot and going to a meeting, you can think about it as being organized into chunks of hours.
I think it is easy to get swept up in the day-to-day life of a computer tech. You can spend your whole day getting things done, and in doing so you often forget to take time to plan out your life. So this time-tracking technique is something I use for myself, and especially for people who work in the IT industry. It reminds me that my day starts at 4am, goes through the lunch hour, and ends at 3pm.
Milan day chart is a way of remembering goals that are important to you, so that you can remember them and then focus on your goals. You can think about your goals in your own way, for example, you may want to get up earlier and get more work done, or you may want to do more work at night so you can have more time to cook dinner.
