There are tons of good options, and some I like best include: Warrior I, Bhujangasana, Downward-Facing Dog, and Side twists.

There are other methods, like a plank pose, but they can get a bit challenging and repetitive, so I prefer to start with something a little easier like a forward bend. I find that this pose is good for stretching my back and relaxing my mind.

This is a good pose to do first thing in the morning. It helps me get a good start on my day and also helps me achieve some balance and focus. Also, its great for working on core strength.
